Our BATCH type pre-expanders are designed and developed for special EPS
materials from low (10 g/l) to very high
(>180 g/l) densities.
The gentle and repeatable conditions during expansion warrant a uniform bead and optimized results.
We offer the highest precision in regard of the density, which exists in the industry until now. The quality of the expanded material is completely uniform, which guarantees permanence for the production output. Our
pre-expanders are able due to adjusting possibilities to compensate certain variables
in the behaviour of the raw material.
